3. Mandatory / optional nature of providing data

6. Rights of the concerned party
6.1 The concerned party has the right to obtain, at any time, confirmation of the presence of his personal data, and of the purposes for which the data are processed. 7. Duration of treatment
7.1 The processing of personal data with reference to the purpose referred to in the section 2.2.A will have a duration equal to that of the contractual relationship established with the Sigel Group, to which the additional period (10 years) provided in compliance with the civil, tax and tax obligations in force will be added. 7.2 The processing of personal data with reference to the purpose referred to in the section 2.2.B will have a duration of 24 months from the date of consent 7.3 At the end of the data processing period, the latter will be deleted, or permanently anonymized.
